We want you to love your BRAVICASTO gear. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right. This Refund Policy explains your options.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items returned after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the order.
- Have a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Used lures, baits, soft plastics, or any item that has touched water.
- Opened line spools, leaders, and terminal tackle (hooks, weights, swivels).
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked “Final Sale.”
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bravicasto.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
5. Wrong Item Received
If we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We’ll send the correct product and cover return shipping for the wrong item.
6. How to Start a Return
- Email support@bravicasto.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days and send a Return Authorization (RA) number with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Do not send items back without an RA number — they may be refused.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-caused returns (changed mind, ordered wrong item): customer pays return shipping.
- Our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item): we cover return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
8. Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns of high-value items (rods, reels) returned due to customer change of mind. No restocking fee applies to defective or incorrectly shipped items.
9. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Late or missing refunds: check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. If still no refund, email support@bravicasto.com.
10. Exchanges
To exchange for a different item, size, or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This avoids waiting for inventory checks.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if requested within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipping, whichever comes first. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must be processed as returns.
12. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
